    The Belle Fourche Chamber of Commerce is organized for the purpose of providing service and promoting the commercial, civic, and general interests for the city of Belle Fourche, its Chamber members, and its trade area.

    A voluntary organization representing the business community. The Chamber is not a civic club, charitable organization, or department of city government. The Chamber is a private, non-profit, taxpaying corporation. It unites the central agency working to improve its community. Most important, the Chamber is people -- people just like you, who realize that through the Chamber they can accomplish more collectively than individually.    The Chamber's staff, committees, and task forces have a tradition of dealing with issues that improve the area economically, thus providing a better lifestyle for all. That tradition continues today with a strong commitment from the member firms and the hundreds of people dedicated to building a strong business climate and a strong community.

Committees

Marketing & Resource Committee: To create marketing programs and activities that will increase the retail sales base in Belle Fourche.

Beautification Committee: To improve the visual appearance of Belle Fourche by identifying problem areas and implementing programs of improvement.

Agriculture Committee: To identify and implement programs designed to improve the quality of our business services to our agricultural community. Identify implement and potential agri-business development and coordinate agri-appreciation events.

Economic Development: To increase new business investment, thus generating greater employment opportunities, expanded payrolls and increasing the tax base for Belle Fourche and Butte County.
